    Our services are not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. Any children's data collected inadvertently will be deleted immediately.

    13. SMS and A2P Messaging Compliance

    We send SMS messages (A2P – Application-to-Person) only with your prior consent or where necessary for contract performance. We comply with the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and telecommunications carrier requirements.

    • Consent (Opt-in): We begin sending SMS messages only after receiving your active consent — by filling out a form and checking the opt-in box, confirming via double opt-in by email, or initiating a conversation with us. Consent covers marketing, operational reminders (e.g., appointments), and service notifications.
    • Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you will no longer receive new marketing SMS messages. Replying HELP will provide help information and contact details. Opt-out does not apply to essential operational messages (e.g., appointment confirmations) that we may send under contract.

    • Message frequency: We send marketing SMS no more than 4–8 messages per month. The frequency of operational messages depends on your use of services (e.g., number of appointments).
    • Cost notice: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's rates. We do not cover your carrier charges for received messages.
    • Carrier compliance: Our SMS campaigns comply with Lithuanian telecommunications carrier (Telia, Bitė, Tele2) and international carrier requirements. In the US market, we comply with CTIA A2P 10DLC requirements and the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act). We do not use spoofing or fraud practices.
    • Data usage: We use your phone number only for sending SMS, identification, and service-related communication. We never buy or sell your number to third parties.
